Housed in the Latin Quarter of Panjim, the flavours at Elite will transport you back to an era gone by as well. It can be said that this place is a modern day take on a taverna of the old days. The men (and women) come by in the evenings for a few drinks, there and maybe a bite or too. The cuisine here does get its fair share of attention too.
